0 = ABILITY did not work
+1/-1 = ABILITY worked as Standard
+2/-2 = ABILITY Surged
Gambling is only permitted on +1 or -1 abilities and only a single stat category may be affected
To GAMBLE with a negative, adjust the "Minimum Starting Number" on the "Dice Roller" to -2
